What is air conditioning refrigerant?

Air conditioning refrigerant

Refrigerant, commonly known as snow seed, is a working fluid used in systems such as refrigeration and air conditioning to transfer heat energy and produce refrigeration effects. According to the classification of working methods, it can be divided into primary refrigerant and secondary refrigerant. According to material properties, it can be divided into natural refrigerants and synthetic refrigerants..

The main functions of refrigerant

Refrigerant is used in refrigeration and air conditioning systems to transfer heat energy and generate refrigeration effects. Refrigerant is an intermediate substance in the refrigeration process, which first receives the cooling capacity of the refrigerant to cool down, and then cools other cooled substances. We call this intermediate substance refrigerant. Also known as refrigerant carrier. Refrigerant includes gas refrigerant, liquid and solid refrigerant, and gas refrigerant mainly includes air, etc; Liquid refrigerants include water, salt water, etc; Ice and dry ice are used as solid refrigerants. The commonly used refrigerants in air conditioning engineering include water and air. In daily life, the refrigerators and freezers we use, as well as commercial cold storage, rely on air as the refrigerant to transfer the cooling energy during the refrigeration process to food, causing it to freeze and store in the freezer (or cold storage room). In the air conditioning system, through the operation of the refrigeration unit, the refrigerant entering the evaporator evaporates and absorbs heat. When cold water is introduced into the evaporator, heat is quickly exchanged in the evaporator, and the heat is absorbed by the refrigerant and the temperature drops to become chilled water. Then, the chilled water exchanges heat with the treated air through the surface cooler in the air conditioning equipment, causing the air temperature to decrease. In this refrigeration cycle and heat exchange process, the long-distance transmission of its cooling capacity to meet the air cooling requirements in the air conditioning system requires water and air as the refrigerant. When water below 0 ℃ is required as the refrigerant, substances such as salt water can be used

Commonly used refrigerants at present

The main refrigerants used in household air conditioners nowadays are R134A, R410A, R32, R22,R134A, R404AR407C, R410A and R32.

R22, also known as Freon, has been banned in most countries around the world due to its harmful effects on Earth’s ozone.

We Supply the R410A,R134A, R32, R22, R404A, R407.

At present, our products are exported to over 60 countries and regions in Europe, including France, Germany, Sweden, Switzerland, Russia, Belgium, Czech Republic, South Africa, Kenya, Nigeria, Vietnam in Southeast Asia, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand and the Philippines, as well as the United States.
